Project Management
3, 6 or 12 month Retainers include and are not limited to the following Project Management related service duties listed below:
- Assisting client and/or designated team member(s) in coordinating various integrated working communication and marketing activities, including industry appropriate experiential marketing events, television ads, internet ads, magazine ads, television commercials, radio broadcast commercials, television interviews, radio broadcast interviews and magazine interviews.
- Executing/Facilitating a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, social media, marketing trade shows and events, public and media relations, customer/fan communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
- Assist with updates to content on website, new pages/forms creation, and provides recommendations on how to enhance and maximize user friendliness, get new visitors to engage, and help retain and grow constituent support.
- Assists with internet marketing efforts – researches, makes recommendations, and implements marketing initiatives utilizing blogs, video/You Tube, social networking, podcasts, segmented email blasts, etc.
- Interfacing with internal teams and external companies and building up relationships and strategic partnerships with them.
- Developing, maintaining and implementing collateral, signage, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and other customized materials related to Business, Marketing, PR and Communications.
- Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
- Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
- Developing standardized presentations and proposals.
- Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to company as necessary.
- Producing quarterly newsletter and distributing it to email marketing list/database of company as necessary.
- Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases and other PR initiatives as necessary.
- Implementing project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
- Attending company sponsored promotions and events, such as trade shows, project release and listening engagements, speaking engagements, etc. as applicable, necessary and relevant.*
- Monitoring internet for tracking communications related to the brand of a company and/or professional career.
- Analyzing results of Advertisement and Marketing Campaigns.
